Barclay, do you think americhip's stocks terrible performance in 2007 was a surprise to management. As you know, they agreed to pay KSI's owner the money owed for buying it quicker if their stock meet certain levels. The 10KSB/A report filed March 12, 07 mentions the details of this on page 28. It lists prices of .30, .40 and .50. These are pre-split numbers. I wondering if Americhip thought they could reach these levels in 2007 or perhaps KSI's owner did and insisted on these terms. I hope one or both of these were true because the only other reason to put this in writing would be for investor's benifit ie. making it look like this was a good possibility. Americhip's management has said repeatedly that the Rossmann fiasco really messed up things and set them back a number of months its possible that has been the main problem. Its too bad we will probablly never know what Rossmann did. You would think we should have the right to know because if he screwed americhip he screwed it's investors as well.
