Company is showing great revenue growth, record eps, strong international sales from its core product lines:

1. Driveragent
2. Bios
3. Registrywizard

TSSW has also acquired several new products via acquisitions that they plan to launch over the next year AND has several new product applications and markets that they can enter.

Company's that are growing need to hire additional software developers IF they have additional growth opportunities. . .

(1) localization effort for driveragent - see new localization effort in France, Mexico . . watch for continued new market localization efforts in Germany, China etc
(2) driveragentpro just received its first partnership with a major company - GIGABYTE. Watch for further contracts with other large companies later this year
(3) See new product acquisitions announced during the last year, Company can expedite products to market with additional engineers. Any new product release should help the company's top and bottom line given the investment and success at developing a growing network of internet properties (Stores) to sell its products.

Bottom Line for me is that we want to see signs of growth: One good sign is hiring additional people that are responsible for developing, marketing and releasing new products. Other signs would be acquiring new products, developing new products, acquiring new internet sites to sell products
