You do a lot of research and present sources. But you do strange things with the facts. You spent a fair amount of space on this board talking about the possibility of Esping resigning (any day now). You wrote that prices for y2k work were declining dramatically. To illustrate, you compared apples and orange: $1/LOC for all y2k work vs. 50 cents/LOC for Zitel's share (which does not include front-end work nor back-end testing). That is extremely misleading. You said $1/LOC was Gartner's estimate; it wasn't. The $1/LOC is an ancient estimate (1993); why even bring that up? Etc., etc.

No insult intended. You do present facts. I find your interpretation/speculations with them pretty off-the-wall at times.

BTW: What is your source for the claim that "the cost per LOC is dropping dramatically"?
