Greg, I'm not aware of any semi sites that provides reference material for MEMS, the topic is mostly R&D for now. The issue with MEMS is that efficient, cost-effective production techologies are not yet developed and integrated. MEMS, much like IBM's copper chip making technology, has been in R&D for over decade. I would suspect diverse companies like SNE/MOT/LU/TXN are active strategizing in bringing MEMS to commercial reality.

Companies like FSII may play a role in the commercialization of MEMS. Determine the key technologies required for the manufacturing of MEMS ... the technologies are available but not cost-effective. Please post whatever you learn. MEMS could be the story for the next century.
