Good article. FRAM as a replacement for Flash - That does sound like old times. I've pretty much given up on Flash replacement premise, but rather looking forward to RMTR continuing its growth as more of a niche semiconductor growing at 25%+ and maintaining 50%+ gross margins.

Given that TI seems to be going Fabless, who would be the process candidate to work with RMTR to get the lower geometries anyway? Fujitsu? Samsung?
