Its a very rough average, and it often isn't actually the correct figure or even very close to it. (Of course the correct figure can be higher, not just lower).

I live in the real world. In the real world, we used that figure as a guidepost. I don't know what they use in coyote blog world.

True but its not so bad that its missing millions of jobs. I will say it once more.....by almost every metric, the Bush recovery has stunk up the joint.
