How do you read Book to Bill on slide 5? Did it remain in 1.3 range for Q1? That would explain the inventories. Spansion mentioned they have high level of sales in 1H of Q1 because of Chinese New Year (probably followed by a drop off).

Another thing is that it does not appear that Spansion recognized any SP1 output for revenue (postponing depreciation), which could account for part of the inventory.
