It is not reasonable to leave 45M people without health care. Its also not something that is happening. We don't walk away from such problems just because they are big. When considering a response to a problem you have to consider the costs as well as the benefits. Solving the problem doesn't mean much is the costs are as big or bigger than the cost of the problem itself.
