According to a post by Truthseeker on the HITTS thread (dated 10-10-2007), Wilcher is allegedly in a federal prison for women in Dublin, CA until 07-05-2013. Truthseeker did not provide a source for this information. Her docket in Maricopa County Superior Court still shows that she's in the appeals process. From what I can see, it appears she may be appealing both the conviction and the sentence. It's possible that the docket doesn't reflect all of the legal proceedings to date. And I still haven't seen any photograph(s) from the Bureau of Prisons... I'm not aware of whether or not there are any other criminal proceedings in any other jurisdictions, for example somewhere in California. EK!!!
