I had a self realization tonight. I've been doing a lot of complaining about having to cook for the last 2-3 yrs. I got kind of cranky tonight after fixing a complicated meal that is messy and time consuming, and I really have decided that I need to do something about it because I'm dead serious. Don't know what to do about meals, but I've decided I'm just hating the fact that I have to cook. 37 yrs is enough.
