They are killing us all the way around in WI other then farm land. They froze those some years back as long as it is being farmed. Recreational land has gone nuts. I have a wild 80 that my brothers and I paid 30K for about 12 years ago. Taxes were 450 a year. Now they have it assessed for 160K and we pay 2600 a year. Asinine.
