These guys couldn't get out of their own way before tough economic times, with the double whammy things look ugly.

They have pretty much wasted the last year. The handsets that they are talking about in the back half of '08 should have been slated for '07.

If I heard it correctly, they are projecting a more than 10-15% seasonal decline in the handset division. That is an incredible decline considering the previous 12 months. One thing I do wonder though....is this a kitchen sink quarter for the new CEO?

There are still a ton of questions about Motorola, but I am tempted at these prices....even a small rebound in the handset division would likely give you a significant return.

I'm not sure what has happened with Icahn.
