You are reaching the point I did a couple years ago. Since you have a hubby to feed your situation will be different from mine. I've already told you I eat lots of frozen meals. I had to eat a lot of junk before coming up with a list of these that are tolerable. The other thing I did was make a list of my favorite meals that I will cook. My food saver and freezer make this work.

I grill 5 or 6 pork chops (or hamburgers, or breasts) at a time, freeze them individually for later. I eat the Bird's Eye or Green Giant individual frozen packs of veggies with these.

I do a small roast in my pressure cooker, along with veggies, and can always get three nice meals from this. Make plenty of gravy and never freeze any of this as it seems to ruin the food. The PC is an easy clean up.

Make a couple quarts of spaghetti sauce at a time and freeze in one meal size. Also easy clean up. I also do the one dish casserole thing and can get a couple meals from that.

In short, I don't do much in the way of pots and pans cooking anymore and I still eat pretty well. What I fix tastes good and cleans up easy.
