TedM: Secretive vs Proposed Shareholder Meeting.
On your question about "...would long time shareholders agree that they (ACII) have been fairly secretive about ongoing status of LACC?"
I am not a long timer although I am recently invested, I have watched over past 14 months. From MHO of what I see, I would say, not really, and not any intentions to do so beyond typical protocol. I frame this opinion by recent overtures via Windsor expressing a shareholder meeting. I have heard ACII is discussing a shareholder meeting, for this year, and that it would be a first! Have I heard correctly?
There are many questions out here and some, if not most, seem pessimistic. As you may have noticed this is a view I do not share. In any event I think the effort to put on a shareholder meeting is a very bullish direction on this point. Any progress to make it happen hopefully will dispel the questions & pessimism. I take it as a positive sign showing ACII not to be secretive but more open & I would agree with you that this would increase shareholder support if not great platform to promote this company. I guess I am asking for a vote in favor of a shareholder meeting. I have not seen a battle cry for this since it was mentioned - if true - if not, I would like to get it going. So who all wants a shareholder meeting and when?
Sincerely
boundtb
