Bobs,

I would not worry about JV1/JV2 output. The parts going to those designs are for very old designs, and all that demand eventually dries up. It becomes smaller and smaller percentage of revenue. Whatever demand stays, Spansion is trying to convert the customers to 110nm parts produced in JV3 (as Fab 25 becomes solely for 90nm and down).

So where we are now is basically:
- JV3: 110nm
- Fab25: 90nm, some 65nm
- SP1: 65nm
