Vi,

What about just a 1/4 next week? The market gets a full point in 8 days, and the smaller cut is insidious in that it may actually promote confidence. Sure the market will react at first, but the heads will be out within the hour selling <things are not so bad>.

And, that would wack POG a bit too.
