Yes, I was thinking that too. Solar and wind still sound like the most viable options to me. In the meantime I'll hang on to my commodities fund (which mostly moves with crude oil)

I would vote for nuclear, the way the French do it. They replicate on proven design all over the country. Everything is identical so an operator from one plant can fill in at another and is right at home. Of course, we still need to find a way and a place to dispose of the waste.

But the people who see a plug in electric car as the answer to everything are deluding themselves that it is cleaner power.
