shane: Of the 50M new shares that have come out since the R/S, 20M shares @ $.0275 went to pay off the David Howard patent license agreement debt that has been accruing for several years. These shares were issued late August '07 and carry a one-year restriction. Another 5M were issued sometime between 9/1 and mid-October, we should see details on those in the 10K, they too carry a one-year restriction (according to IR). We don't know when the other 25M were issued, if before December, they too would be restricted for one year; if after November, they would carry a 6-month restriction.

I e-mailed Rhonda about the O/S, now getting this as a response:

"On advice of counsel last year I am unable to disclose that. It will be announced in the 10K in Feb"

So it looks like we will only get O/S updates every three months via the SEC Filings. I also sent her another e-mail regarding yesterday's PR to see how much LACC was involved ... waiting for a reply on that.

Good news is that business seems to be picking up, hopefully it will out-pace the dilution. Time will tell ... still need some significant LACC revs if the PPS is to appreciate from here, IMO. Hard to believe after the news yesterday that less than 100k shares traded. Could be that no one was watching (I wasn't). We'll see what today brings.
