Frank: I think it is quite different from the EXSO situation. There are 2.5 restaurants with slim profit margins and about 50 MM shares out there. Why would the management team dump their shares as well, the dbtors I can understand. To dump 21 MM on the market you probably need a cummulative volume of 60 MM shares (that will assume that only 10 MM shares are traded in and out by short term traders), I think we have not seen the end of the sell off. I have been wrong before, but when I called the bottom at EXSO, it dropped all the way to 1/3 of my call. Good luck. Zeev
