Yup...not a bad memory for a stoner... A Rose Garden Wedding Hillary Rodham Clinton's younger brother, Tony Rodham, and Nicole Boxer, the daughter of Senator Barbara Boxer, were married on Saturday in the first White House wedding in 23 years. About 250 guests attended the 40-minute ceremony in the Rose Garden.
