Rick Ryan... do you even know how to interpret a level2 screen?? Let me explain something to you bright boy, MASH (Schwab's MM) does not care about your best interest as far as price is concerned. Anyone dumb enough to put in a market order on a fast stock is asking to get ripped off! Datek uses ISLD and ISLD is a MM. In fact, every user of Datek is infact a MM. Its funny when I see MASH sitting on the best BID and I want to buy a stock, I'll enter my buy order in 1/16 above MASH and get hit instantly.. or If I want to sell I see MASH sitting on BEST ask and I simply enter my sell order in 1/16 under MASH's price becoming best ASK and usually get taken out instantly.. I carve up MASH on a regular basis..and NEVER PAY RETAIL PRICE.. I live between the bid and ask.. poor e.slob customers dont have that option.. meanwhile, poor eschwab customers are wondering why their orders arent getting hit... hahaha.. Give me a break.. and if you call yourself a trader, you wouldnt be caught dead using that joke of a trading firm... and btw, their confirmations are some of the worst wait times in the industry! And why the hell do they have to wait until 3am update your account? Datek updates instantly.. duhh.. by the way.. Yes, I got MCIC confirmed in 7 secs.. sheesh. so much for your 'aint humanly possible' theory.. dude, learn to trade and then learn to trade with some real tools... and drop the holier than thou know it all stuffy attitude.. your ignorance is duly noted among the real traders that lurk this board.. ISLD - look that up on your little lvl2.. that is Datek's ECN and watch how often ISLD steps infront of MASH in a fast market and you'll realize how slow and pathetic they are.. Adios poser. Snipe'
