You are correct, my company doesn't have any presarios. I have one at home. As for the laps and deskpros, we don't have those either; our standard is the HP Omnibook, but we have Toshibas, Dells, Thinkpads, and NEC Versas around too. Sorry for cluttering the thread with info about the general problem of Explorer 4.0, but I did want to bring to light that CPQ isn't the only PC affected by the Explorer 4.0 problem.

PS Thanks for your good insights into CPQ and the PC industry.
