Hello Pezz, Today's Report:
Received in in-tray from sweet Karen, about what soon will be in a/c:
Dear Investors,
We are pleased to inform you that the Sale of our last property (xxx Shanghai Street) was completed last week. We are again going to distribute proceeds (after reserving for contingencies). We will do our best to remit funds before the end of January subject to reconfirmation of your bank account details. We will therefore need each of you to reconfirm your bank account as a reply to this email. As soon as possible please. The amount of this Distribution is 44 percent of the amount you invested in Class A ( i.e., 44 cents for each invested dollar). As a recap, the multiple for every dollar invested in Class A is 1.94 times. The bulk of your capital funds and profits were returned very much earlier, starting in Year 3. For most of the Class A investors who also invested the same amount in Class B, the multiple on every dollar invested is 3.74 times.
In a separate attachment, the Fund Administrators will remind you of what you invested in Class A and the calculation of your respective Distribution. Should you have any queries, please let us know.
We thank you very much for your support throughout the Fund. We sincerely hope that all of you are delighted with the Fund's performance!
Best wishes,
My intention is to mineralize the goodies, and perhaps, if I cannot help it, get something to reward myself for having done precisely nought to deserve the distribution.
