TED I have a suggestion that can kill two birds with one stone. As I read your memo it occurred to me the the Head of Research and Development job seem to be open. Well, I know this guy, I won't mention his name but you may have heard of him. He is the inventor of the ASCII DEL key sequence. Preliminary results of his techniques are truly impressive. I have seen demo's of this source code reduction tool. You should've seen the look on these people's faces, in their wildess dreams they never thought such a high degree of code reduction can be achieved so easily.

This technique also has the advantage of being a single pass process and compilation is all but eliminated.

Regards

Tom
