The best things you can take if you are travelling and possibly at risk of a cardiac event are aspirin, cayenne, turmeric, quercetin, Vitamin C, coversyl and valium. Take the cayenne, turmeric as a hot tea. The others as tablets. Quite frequently within 10 minutes, the angina pain subsides.

Most doctors will tell you that aspirin is the No. 1 drug to take at that time, as it can dissolve clots as effectively as most medication they give you in the hospital. Cayenne has been known since ancient times to have a wonderful effect on the heart when such things occur. The Quercetin, turmeric and vitamin C act as an anti-inflammatory which cuts back on arterial spasm and clotting reactions. The valium and coversyl relax the patient and reduce blood pressure. Except where there is stoppage, this is OK.

Most doctors will tell you that no hear with sufficient potassium, l-carnitine, COQ10, and magnesium ever suffered failure, as those substances are what are distinctly lacking in the autopsy of ever dead heart. It would seem that people who are on the edge so to speak, or in danger of yeah olde HA should consider supplementing with these.

I kid you not. It worked for me on several occasions.
