I think those of us that did make money still qualify for the class action because it should not matter whether you made or lost money. The alleged "misleading information" was still a factor in investing decisions on this security. I will probably not bother taking part as I have owned a few stocks over the years that had presented this "opprotunity" for me. I have NOT SEEN A PENNY from these class actions and have lost my rights to further pursue the companies on my own by partaking in the class actions. The lawyers take ALL OF THE MONEY. As far as IPIC goes, they seem to be doing everything they can to make us forget about redux and will be pursuing the advance of the pipeline aggressively. This will make for some exciting upswings and downswings. I stiil believe my analysis I gave a few weeks back holds concerning the trading range. With that in mind, money can be made here but in my mind as a trading stock ONLY!! Good luck all! Doughboy
