Go to the "StockTalk" selection, click on the "Computers" (or wherever you'd like it for other topics), and then at the bottom of the list of topics is the "Create a subject!" link. Try to keep the first (header) message very short (just a "this is for" type message) as it's annoying to have to click the scroll bar three times to skip the header and get to the thread links.

Please inform us where you put the new thread so I can subscribe to it.
