Here's some more speculation...

First, I believe you are correct that 100 million shares were "authorized" at the last shareholder meeting. But I, TOO, am of the understanding that only about 40 million are "outstanding." That could also correlate with the debentures being converted. I don't know how many are in the float.

IF CVIA does NOT have any long term debt, I agree that CVIA could be HIGHLY attractive to existing private companies that want to go public.

Somebody has to have been BUYING all those extra shares from June-September. Hmmmmmmm !

Anyone else have any info or thoughts?
