PAL blasted up the past 2 days so in my run to cash i was able to take out CDE and PAL. i want to be 100% cash while i go inactive. i am now 12% invested with MOO and RJA and down 5%(all because of MOO). i said last night that if we gap-up and then fade, something is WRONG with this market. But there was room for INSANITY as upgradeson housing had money roaring into thebuilders as someoutfit stated thebottom isin, housing will surge again because of rebates and interest cuts, americans will be running to buy new homes---o my the insanity. Max!!!! Example Lennard posted its biggest loss in history and stated they have/see NO SIGNS of recovery!!! But because the analysts saying Housing Crisis is at bottom, all up now they said so it ran up to 19.65!!! It is now just 16.96, but that is still +4.5%. Now that is insane!!
