Thanks TSL, Frankly I would like to see lots of the greedy ABCP PUMPERS FRY.

Disappointing recent U.S. Supreme?? Court ruling, that investors could not sue in certain circumstances because the SEC was there to act on their behalf and did levy fines against offenders.
I apologize that I do not know the exact court or proper wording of the decision. Don't think I am too far off.

Of course the SEC does levy fines but that cash never goes back to the victims of the schemes as far as I know.

I truly believe I have suffered great financial hardship because of the damage inflicted on the general market by the PUSHERS of garbage papers and an uncontrolled derivative market.

May I please sue Greenspan for failing to support proper market regulation????

Cheers,
Ogi
