Steve - There is a lot of food for thought in that article. One thing that occurred to me is how so many people credit Reagan with bringing down the Soviet Union, mostly by convincing them to overspend on defense. If the US suffers a disastrous financial collapse in the next few years, many people will probably give Osama bin Laden the credit. We would all do well to remember that OBL has stated on more than one occasion that he will bring down the US by bankrupting us. I've said more than once that George W. Bush has played right into bin Laden's hands. Now there's a good example of a mess he has gotten us into, Steve. - Allen
