Lizard and all: .... I wanna play too! I have been eavesdropping on this site for several weeks and find the action interesting. Currently I am what you guys call an investor. I have two trading accounts (IRA and margin), both decent size and up 19.92 % for the year. I am in the position to open another sizeable "trading" account and have the time as I recently sold my business (and my "day job"). However, I definetely lack the experince and knowledge required to be a trader. When you talk of + & - D's, ADX"s, head & shoulders, rectangles, etc., I have virtually no idea what you are talking about. Economics 101 didn't mention day trading! Questions: Can anyone reccommend a good site or reading material on day trading? Charts: what charts does everyone use? The ones I have seen (Bigcharts & Stocksmart) are so small that I can't see how anyone could use them to trade on daily or hourly basis. How do you keep track of the stocks that you have bought and those that you are interested in on an hourly basis? I am not looking for anyone to hold my hand. I would just like to be able to follow and do my own evaluation of some of the stocks that are on the "hot lists" and slowly get into the action. Any help along these lines would be appreciated.
