I take 2000 D3 daily, along with 2 fish oil capsules. I take a bunch of other supplements as well, but believe these two are good for us. Especially as we age, the D3 is increasingly important. Ken and all, am I correct that Lindy reco. the D3 in the gelcap rather than the hard tab?
