The numbers can add up very accurately in the models, that doesn't mean they accurately reflect reality.

The far more telling point is that NO AGW denier has built a model which comes even remotely close to matching reality that can attribute the changes to anything else, while be consistent with physics. It appears that AGW deniers can only talk, they can't produce. Slight problem there.
