I think if you are socially liberal, everyone on the democratic side is a relief. There is no "bad" candidate, in those terms. Hillary has her problems- she voted for the war (most people did) and she's kind of vicious, but compared to the republicans she's a little slice of heaven. We have to keep these things in perspective, and not get all depressed about someone who most democrats would probably agree with on about 75% of the issues, minimum. I wouldn't want to have dinner with the woman- no wait- I would, she's probably fascinating, let's say I don't want her to be my boss, but on the other hand, I'd prefer her to ANY of the republicans.

I prefer Obama, but he is an unknown quantity. I'm not all that worried about it. Very few people could be worse than Mr. Bush- and most people would be better, so the odds are in our favor :-)
