Nope. McCain is in an exceptional period... if you'd done that polling last summer before McCain's campaign went in the shitter, he'd get his ass kicked by Clinton. If he's the nominee this coming summer, the polls will show her kicking his ass. In between, after his campaign ran out of money between July and the NH primaries, his negatives went way down because no one was bothering to attack him.

After he spends some time as the frontrunner (if it ain't Mitt) and the Bush hugging photos, "Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran," and his idiotic comments about not knowing much about economics become ubiquitous, that changes big time. And public opinion of Hillary isn't going anywhere in either direction. She'll be fine against him if it comes to that.
