Glenn, why would Worldcom buy Ascend? If they did, can you imagine AOL, IBM, Sprint, BT, or AT&T ever buying another Ascend product? David, I would agree with you that WCOM is not the best candidate to buy Ascend. I just was indicating it was not a problem with a pooling of interests and WCOM could use Ascend products. The loss of other customers would be a problem. I am inclined to anticipate LU, NT or NTT to be a likely suitor in the event one exists. The order in which I feel would be the most likely is LU, NTT and then NT. I believe AOL, IBM, WCOM and Sprint would or could still be customers of Ascend. Glenn
