Careful if you have Citibank credit cards. They are now charging late fee and finance charge very frequently; you may have paid in time. I saw it on both cards and I have always paid them on same day/time for last several years so no question of being late. If you call them they will ask to to pay now and then will take it out for later payment cycle. This provides them money for extra month or so. Also I would think many folks would either not notice or call and they get to keep the money. Seems like a desperate attempt to survive for some more time. I am going to stop doing business with them. Please suggest your friends and family check their accounts as well.
