Edwards has the #2 most compelling message of any contender in 2008. I predict he will be our next VP and our president in 2016 for two terms. The only reason he isn't the one beating Hillary now is that Obama is even more compelling, perhaps our greatest orator and uniter ever. In our entire history. So he really does transcend race. But he needs Edwards to defeat Hillary and Bill so expect them to team up soon.

Edwards's good looks is a huge asset but not something he gives a damn about. If he were vain he'd be out chasing girls around. Instead he is a devoted family man with a wife who has cancer. When Gingrich's wife had cancer he served her divorce papers in her hospital room after cheating on her. That is a clear difference between characters.

Obama-Edwards deeply cares about the poor and downtrodden and the average American, the very types the GOP don't give a damn about and never have. In fact today's GOp doesn't give a damn about anyone below the top 2% richest. That is a fact. Just check any one of their policies. They always exclude the middleclass and below from any real benefits. And conxservative Lou Dobbs is right, the GOP has waged war on the middleclass, and they've won. They've practically destroyed our middleclass. And I don't know about you but my family is part of that.

None of the GOP contenders have any compelling messages. Romney is click though so I expect he will get the nomination, as as Bush elitist clone in slightly different clothing.
