The chattering classes are now taking the position that Giuliani is out of it and it's a two man race with McCain slightly in the lead over Romney.

I will end up hoping for Romney if this is true. I can't take McCain's Eco position.

It is really humorous that it's McCain's political funding bill that let Romney take the lead. He can't raise money as fast as Romney can spend his own.
