I never make things up. The oilman's name was Nelson from Dallas. I met him at a VIP party in Austin. He had two cute daughters, twins. I chatted them up. Anne Richards was also there, god bless her soul. And we talked about smear campaigns and how Bushies are totally amoral. She told me she warned Kerry. I did too. But we both agreed there oughta be a law against all smear campaigns. They're positively un-American.

PS: GW Bush and Rove unseated the wise and wonderful Anne Richards by smearing her as a lesbian, 100% untrue of course.
