bound, i just took the average of the 3 quarters and estimated Q4 at 185M. I adjusted the 1st and 2nd quarters by 7 to reflect the split. Not all that scientific and probably incorrect, but the real focus should be EPS based on current count anyway, as the share count is going nowhere but up.
