Cargo Cult is to expect flight to quality to save OECD asses. It is not happening. Won't happen. That is the new factor. We are able to deal with a financial crisis, major one, mind you, once a decade. We've got the know how. You guys don't.

I am seating here and watching how it is being done. WIth the FED. Please be serious! Show me what the OECD got as a counter-measure.
