Bush-Cheney-Enron-Exxon and pals had the fix in from day one to triple energy prices. They started with a test run on the west coast starting the day after the all-oil ticket was nominated, then went national. Today we pay three times what we did under Clinton for energy and not a lot has changed to justify any increases. It's all sheer corruption and price-fixing.

BTW, when the oil lobbyists lie saying it's a shortage of refineries, remember they closed a big one down in Sacramento to get rid of competition. They are all colluding together. It's a monopoly, a cabal, even Bill O'Reily admits this. And the total bill for the Bushie oil ripoffs will be around a trillion dollars.
