Kerry never lies. CLinton has been known to spin when he's in attack/defense mode. for instance he once walked the line between truth/lie by claiming he didn't have "sexual relations" or "didn't inhale". These may have been technically true, but they reeked of not being open and frank. However, Clionton never should have been grilled about his sex life to begin with. That whole investigation was out of bounds and had nothing to do with a 20 year old land deal the Clintons lost $40,000 on. That investigation also cost we the people $100,000,000. What a huge waste of money.
