No, Carville never smears. You have no evidence that has ever happened. He is tough and knows how to fight mano a mano with the GOP dirty tricksters but he never resorts to their smears, election fraud and dirty tricks. Maybe he comes close but he never has ever crossed that line. Karl Rove is a criminal. Carville is a tough partisan. There is a big difference.
