"Trying to sell," meaning you have a sell order in and it's not being reported as filled? If that's it, you must be trying to sell more than the 2500 guaranteed bid at .63. Generally what the "silence" means is the market maker is working your order to try to find a home for all your shares at .63. If the first 2500 hits the tape, it will knock the bid down to .60 and perhaps hurt your chances of getting filled for the whole thing, in the judgment of the market maker. You should be guaranteed a sale of 2500 at .63 by the end of the day.
