My thoughts are if they are tanking and the rest of the market is moving up then its time to sell but if they are lagging a little then they will probably fly when they do move to catch up so I will hold on.

I think they are getting ready to spring into action... at least I hope they are.. lol.

You can keep a core and trade a little on the volatility too.
