Dubya's entire purpose was to sell out the USA for personal gain for his BASE, the haves and have mores. When seen in this light, everything he has done makes sense.

His interests transcends the national borders and he is much more comfortable cozying up to the Saudi Royal Family than he is dealing with his neighbors in Crawford. The right wing of this country voted for a Trojan Horse.
