I generally believe that the American public is usually pretty quickly turned-off by people who they perceive as being liars or panderers, or 'slick, empty suits' of any kind. Americans generally appreciate being spoken to more honestly... and that may have something to do with it.) One would think so, but the clintons prove your theory wrong... if what you say were true, then the clintons would have been off the radar screen years ago... maybe it's the other way around, people like to be lied to... GZ
